Those Who Will Not Deny Christ

We tend to think this type of story only happened a long time ago.  It happened yesterday.  Pray for these sisters in Christ who gave up their freedom from an unjust imprisonment, in order to stand for Christ.

Serving in Eastern Europe leads to some interesting and challenging relationships with local Baptist Unions and leaders.  Mostly, they are wonderful;  every now and then they are less so.  I am reminded, however, that many of these suffered immensely under regimes that did everything possible to silence them.  And, their faith stood a test mine has never endured.  I am thankful for them.
